    Attached are the filed documents you received for the payment you completed with us.

    Yes, you did pay us on April 11. Payment attached.
    There was an additional document that was rejected.
    In order for us to refile a rejected document, we require a 2nd payment.
    We requested a 2nd  additional payment for the additional filing. We have not received this,still.
    You did not send a 2nd payment, so we did not complete a 2nd additional filing.
    Please remove the bad review.1 payment does not include re-attempts, refilings, or additional filings. Also all rejected filings are priced the same as an accepted filing, full price. We always try to help all customers, but we do not change filings or correct errors, because we are not attorneys.
    Please call me if you would like to discuss this further.

    Attached are the filed documents we completed for Kayla.

    She asked us to refile a 2nd time, but did not pay in advance and refused to pay for the 2nd request.

    We informed her of this and requested she remove the bad review. We never threatened her or used any aggressive language. We also did not scam her, we provided a service and completed the service. She asked for additional free services and we refused to do that for her or anyone, we do not work for free and this is not fair to ask, then insist, then write bad reviews because we did not provide our services free of charge.

    We completed the work she paid for and have attached the filed documents we sent her to prove this.
