      Purchased binoculars on July 7th, Returned binoculars to a third party vendor on July 31st unopened as Bear Basin took 3 weeks to get me the item. They claim they have a 30 day no questions money back guarantee. Spoke with **** at Bear Basin every week up until today September14. Every week he said my refund was coming, the first week by check, the second week by card refund, the third week by check again, the fourth week by card again.......and so on and so on. same story every time, yet no refund. I have all documents concerning the purchase including the receipt of the purchase, as well as the return receipt from the third party vender that the item was returned to showing that Bear Basin was credited the amount of $2199 on there account, He got his refund but i have not received mine.

      We expect to have ********************* undelivered postal service refund check back in our possession by the close of business this week.   We will at that time issue a refund back to his credit card ending in 2380.  Apparently there was an issue with the originally provided card number which caused a delay.   As with delivery with the original package, There has been an issue with ********************* delivery address.  We apologize for the delay but we very much wanted to receive the original mailed check back in our possession or at very least headed back to us.  Thank You Very Much.  Any questions pls give us a call at *************

      I am rejecting this response because:they said they were crediting the card then mailing the check, then crediting the card again with the correct number, them mailing a check again, now crediting the card back again? Same story different day.

      This company uses a few different names..Bear Basin Outfitters, XtremeTacticals.comBearBasin.Net. The address listed is ************************************************************, but that building is listed as not being used. I came across the web site XtremeTacticals.Com looking for a specific higher-end rifle scope. Couldnt find a particular model I was looking for anywhere in stock, but this place claimed to have it. On 29 March 2022, ordered the scope on PayPal for $749.99. I never received a shipment email, so I called them. The first of many times. The guy I spoke to on the phone, claimed the scope was ordered and should arrive in April 2022. I decided to wait and seeApril came and went, so in early May 2022 I called and asked if possibly the scope was discontinued, since I couldnt find it anywhere else. He said maybe it was. He seemed to know a lot about optics and suggested another model of the same brand. I was soldso he said he would cancel the previous order, and I gave him my credit card information to order the other scope. Again, I received nothing from the seller as far as email, and he would not respond to emails I sent to him, but I did notice my account had been charged of $799.99 on 11 May 2022. I called again around 20, May and was told he had been busy but would get it right out in the mail. I called again around 1 June, and he said that there was a problem because my previous order had not been cancelled but he would get the order out on air mail and I would receive it in a day or two. On about 10 June 2022, I contacted my credit card company to try and get my money back. Today is ****************************************************** a scope. This second scope is readily available online and other sites for about the same price, so availability is not an issue. I believe I have been scammed and have lost $799.99 of my hard-earned money. Every time I have tried to call this guy, he acts like he is real busy, and places me on hold,

      Hello, I am having a very difficult time getting my refund on an Item I returned to Bear Basin. I sent it back to them and they received it on 11/12/21. I have been told that the refund was given to me but my credit card company says they have not received anything at all about the refund. It's been 33 days now. Therefore order number is #*****. Could you please help me get my refund.
