    Purchased binoculars on July 7th, Returned binoculars to a third party vendor on July 31st unopened as Bear Basin took 3 weeks to get me the item. They claim they have a 30 day no questions money back guarantee. Spoke with **** at Bear Basin every week up until today September14. Every week he said my refund was coming, the first week by check, the second week by card refund, the third week by check again, the fourth week by card again.......and so on and so on. same story every time, yet no refund. I have all documents concerning the purchase including the receipt of the purchase, as well as the return receipt from the third party vender that the item was returned to showing that Bear Basin was credited the amount of $2199 on there account, He got his refund but i have not received mine.

    We expect to have ********************* undelivered postal service refund check back in our possession by the close of business this week.   We will at that time issue a refund back to his credit card ending in 2380.  Apparently there was an issue with the originally provided card number which caused a delay.   As with delivery with the original package, There has been an issue with ********************* delivery address.  We apologize for the delay but we very much wanted to receive the original mailed check back in our possession or at very least headed back to us.  Thank You Very Much.  Any questions pls give us a call at *************

    I am rejecting this response because:they said they were crediting the card then mailing the check, then crediting the card again with the correct number, them mailing a check again, now crediting the card back again? Same story different day.
