    Hi ****, thanks for your honest feedback and so sorry for the frustration. You're correct: we do not currently offer full coverage in ** (we're working on it!). We've never offered this coverage option in your state, and work hard to make this clear throughout our application process.What we do offer is liability car insurance. While a liability policy doesn't cover damage to your car, its contents, or injury to you or your passengers (even if you weren't at-fault), it does pay a person other than you or your passengers for personal injury or property damage.If you need coverage for you and your vehicle, you'll want to look at comprehensive and collision coverage.
