I've been a happy Ecowater customer for a few years, referred by ******. However I'm filing the complaint about their awful and expensive customer service.Our drinking water filter has been dripping for a while this year. 2 months ago, we had a technician here to fix it. It turns out that the tank lost air pressure, after maybe 5 years. The fix is not mentioned in user manual, of course. He pumped some air in the tank, cracked open the water filter and other things. Anyway, we paid him the labor fee, and other extra stuff he mentioned.Guess what, after a while we found the sink area leaking, We found our pads underneath wet on several occasions. We finally thoroughly checked it out over the holiday weekend, and localized it to the Ecowater incoming water pipes they opened then closed. It's oosing out half a cup a day, especially when it's being used. I called Ecowater today, they now tell me we just passed their 30 day warranty (which they never care to mention until now), and I need to pay another $149+ for them to send a technician to fix the problem they left. How ridiculous is that. There must be some way for the city to reinforce some business quality of service, right?Is there a 0 star for such service feedback?Anyway for any of you existing customers, smile until it's broke, and remember to thoroughly check everything within 30 days of service.

He was very polite, treating our home with respect and going out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service; extremely knowledgeable, giving detailed explanations of the tests he took and outlining the way the EcoWater system works to purify our water; and very thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was ***************, including straightening out and tightening up the faucets before he left.
