    As others say, no customer service. Envelope delivered split open and empty. No response from customer service emails. Credit card company has been asked to step in

    Received order on Tues with a wrong item and a missing item. Emailed them last 4 days in a row and zero response. Non existent customer service. Will do business else where

    Vapecraft saved my vaping life during the pandemic because they still shipped their nicotine e-liquid products when all the vaping shops were shut down and I continued to stick with them after that their e-juices are so yummy they always arrive earlier than they say they will. I have never had a problem I would definitely say great.

    I bought vaping oil from Vape Craft inc. a few bottles didn't taste right I called them to get some help, but they turned me away. They will not help at all or even give me a discount the next time I buy from them. They don't care about customers.

    I made a purchase from them and I think they are a fake company to steal credit card numbers. If you call the phone number you get a automated phone answer and it seems fake. I also had my credit card number stolen with fraudulent charges after using this company and never received the product.
