    I cleaned out the storage by morning of the 1st of May and was told I had till the 3rd at 9pm . They turned around within se**nds and closed the ac**unt and charged me for an entire month so they didnt want to listen to me that I thought it was ***** that even if I was late , why would I be a few hours late to clear a unit knowing I would be charged an entire month . I then said well then I think you should give me a unit for the month that you just charged me . The answer I got was Ill see but I dont think so ? So you take my money and you also dont give me a unit ****************** has ** sisterly said one thing and done the **mplete opposite or decide to change their minds on any issues or questions I have brought up ! I am amazed that this **mpany within se**nds will close your ac**unt , charge you for the entire month and then tell you oh well ! Its **mpletely unprofessional and a disgusting business model ! You also dont tell your customer that you will have people working at lunch time and an hour later the business is locked up so you have to figure out a way to get a hold of them so you can use the services you have paid for !

    Customer, **** Lens, was enrolled in autopay, with his rent and credit card payment scheduled for the first of each month. On May 1, 2025, his autopay was processed, and he subsequently moved out later that day. As a customer service gesture and in order to resolve this matter, the District Manager issued a refund of the $169.00 autopay charge to his credit card on May 3, 2025.  This issue has therefore been fully resolved.
