    The tracking app said it was delivered on 30 Dec 22, it's now 02 Jan 23 and no delivery. Contacted company via email due to lack of of customer service phone number, I was told it would take 2 business days to look into. SwankyBadger never asked for an order number or an other related order information. I wanted what a refund now!!!

    Ordered a personalized gift on the 14th of December and it never arrived. Using the tracking number it just says order placed. *** reached out to the company several times with only auto responses and no action at all from their end. I dont know what to do, they dont have a customer service phone number for a reason. I want my product or a refund, even a response from the company would be nice at this point.

    I ordered a personalized gift on 12/8/22, paid in full through PayPal ****** my order #******. I have gone every avenue to contact them, every single way I'm told it's the wrong info, the credentials don't match. Every email and through Instagram I can't get in touch. It was suppose to be 8 to 10 business days. Not really the time more than I can't track, log in,no response.

    I ordered and paid for a ****** set along with custom box and shipping on 12-1-22. According to my order I should have had my product by now. I have set several emails asking about my order status but all you get is a fake return message. There is no customer service at all. Unreal and very sad!
