    i have had my business site hosted by webassist for nearly 15 years. in the last 4 months, one being today i woke up with the site being down. in a matter of fact all webassist sites are down. the phone numbers posted via doing a ****** search or here on the bbb are all INVALID. i have no way to contact anybody regarding the situation YET they have no problem promptly dinging my debit card every month for the service fee. there are no email addresses that work. my one contact for years passed away in october of 2023 and i was never notified of any replacement contact. one email regarding a similar service interruption 4 months ago to this day came over with the deceased person's email address yet no name attached, no phone number. the customer service is just terrible. i don't understand this at all. is it intentional that no phones are working? did the business just stop existing today and nobody is going to be notified?
