Took in for repair / replace motherboard. Some programs that used to work great (before bringing it in) are not working anymore or having compatibility issues. Was doing fine for a day or two after repair, but now it's worse. Since I got it back from this place, I've had nothing but problems with everything, computer is slower than ever, very choppy. Continues to burn out due to overload of memory. Also having issues with the constant pop-up "this app can't run on your PC" while using computer. **** was unable to find out why it's doing this, he's supposed to be a computer technician so he should know why I'm having this issue, but he has no clue why it's happening, not very professional! Now he's dodging my calls when I phone and ask for assistance. I paid nearly $1,000.00 for all repairs just so my computer can have more issues, **** also explained I can have this computer running faster if I paid over $1,300.00 to have everything replaced, I paid $1,000.00 brand new for this computer but like an idiot I should've just bought another new computer if I was gonna go through this crap! I've been ripped off! And by the way...they wouldn't have the decency to at least give me some kind of MILITARY DISCOUNT for what I was paying for!! If I had my own business, I'd support my Veterans and Active Duty with MILITARY DISCOUNTS, even if it hurt my business profit-wise. Don't go to this business, they'll just take your money and do more damage to your computer! He seemed like a nice guy when I brought it in for repair, but I guess I've been taken! Gonna just buy another brand new computer again, I'm about ready to throw this one out the window! Doesn't pay to be nice folks!!!! Gonna also report this business to Better Business Bureau. Don't bother calling me back **** (if you do which I doubt since you've been avoiding me anyway), you've done more damage to my computer than ever! Not a very reputable business like I thought it was!
