    I paid for an "Quality, Honesty, Dedication"Final Touch Inspections. & That was the complete opposite of what I received. I have politely & professionally made contact & provided opportunity for Mr. **** ******* to do the only right thing/core value to remedy his major fails & mistakes in my Home purchase inspection; & have integrity & issue my FULL Refund. I am an 100% Disabled Air Force Veteran, & he did not provide me the service I paid for, & the quality insurance of inspecting my home efficiently. A MAJOR portion of the services I paid for was to have a Drone inspection of my *************** & be provided photos documenting my visual inspection. I DID NOT receive those. & Had to disturbingly find out when a licensed Contractor went on my roof to clean my Solar Panels, that **** ******* majorly failed me & intentionally left me w/ a complete packed full gutter @ the rear of my home. The list goes on & on for the amount of **************** of integrity as a licensed inspector; the amount of major concerns & issues just skipped & ignored, & not put in the report or provided to me (the buyer). For further example: Both Master Bdrm tile walk in showers are completely insufficient & have major tile grout cracking all the way around the inside complete walls of both showers, as well as exposed tile spacers. Furthermore, the huge semi custom tri-fold slider, is completely missing multiple & integral required screws. These are LARGE unfair non-integrity major issues to intently leave me on my home purchase. **** I paid you to entrust that you genuinely cared..you were my hired inspector...please make right of this wrong. It is the genuine/& core value/integrity right thing that you could do for me right now. For anyone that was a client of yours standing in my shoes. Especially, for an 100% Disabled Air Force Veteran. Don't you agree? Issue my FULL & Complete Refund. & Please, NEVER do this to another Military Veteran again, or even any possible future client of yours.
