    Hello,I am trying to return an order for a refund from Bird in Bag. The return policy on their website states that items can be returned with in 15 days of receiving the delivery and to mail the return within 7 days in order for them to receive the returned items. The website also states to contact Bird in Bag at *********************************** in order to receive a return mailing address. It specifically states not to mail the return to the address on the delivery box because they have many distribution centers. I received the merchandise on December 21, 2024. Since before the order was received I have been trying to obtain a return address because I new the items would not arrive in time for my staff's Christmas party. (When i placed the order I included a note that if the items would not arrive by December 15, to cancel the order. I received an email stating the order was placed because they were pretty sure I would receive the order in time. When Bird in Bag finally gave me a tracking number, I realized that the order was shipping from ***** and had not shipped yet. I then emailed letting them know that the merchandise would obviously not arrive by December 15 and that I would need to return the items and to please provide the return address. I received an email asking me to contact them once I received the delivery.) I have had back and forth emails with Bird in Bag, but they keep avoiding providing a return address and they are taking longer to respond because I think they are trying to have my return window expire so that I can't return the merchandise. Since today is the 7th day from receiving the delivery, I am concerned I have not been able to receive the return address from Bird in Bag. They initially offered other options for me to keep the merchandise or receive a credit, but I would like to return the merchandise and receive a refund. I am unable to use the merchandise and the quality is not good. Please read the chain emails attached.Thank you.
