    SAME Swim unfairly denied my return and falsely claimed the item showed "signs of wear," despite all sanitary stickers and tags being fully intact. The item was only tried on briefly and returned in perfect condition. They sent a photo allegedly showing "damage"but the photo clearly shows no signs of ******* a result, I was forced to pay a nonrefundable return processing fee, and now theyre demanding an additional $12 shipping fee just to send the item back to me. This practice feels dishonest and exploitative, especially for a first-time customer. I believe this is a fraudulent claim to avoid issuing a refund.

    The size chart on its website is inaccurate. I used the size chart measurements on its website and ordered a size small, which is also my usual size. The bathing suit top is way too small and does not fit at all. It appears to be a childs size - thats how small it is. They declined to allow a refund or exchange for a correct size.

    0 stars. Unethical company. No customer service phone number and their stores voicemail box is full. I filled for a return and they havent sent me a mailing label to ship this item back. It says online that the item was returned already but thats untrue. Plus their restocking fees are exorbitant! $25 to return something that simply didnt fit is disgusting business practices.

    Horrible company with no future, wish I saw all the reviews before I bought a swimsuit. I travel a lot, and only tried it on 2 weeks after receiving- it was too small. I emailed them to ask if they can exchange and they said it's too late. I mean no logic at all- I won't be able to wear it and I will certainly never purchase from them again. Who does business like that?

    Dont order from them. The sizes are way off. Im normally a 4, sometimes a 6 but rarely. I bought 2 bikinis, both of them were low quality and the tops were too small and all but 1 bottom wouldnt even go up my thighs. For the price, its not justifiable. I also paid $265 and theyre only returning $221, so theyre keeping over $40. This is terrible customer service. Avoid.

    Complete waste, the items are thin material. I returned a bathing suit top for a larger size and my return was denied for it being tried on. I had never used the item or worn it for more than a few minutes. **************** isnt helpful at all. I wish I could rate it 0 stars. You shouldnt have to chase around a company for a return nor be told it isnt accepted due to it being tried on.

    I purchased a ********************* bathing suit after seeing an influencer promote the brand on Instagram. The top was too small - the material didn't even cover my *******. I ordered the next size up hoping it would arrive before my international travel and it was delayed and arrived late. I returned from travel and reached out to return both items (tags in tact) and was told I was outside the two week updated returns policy. The medium didn't fit either and was awkward. I reached out via instagram (no response) and email (received a copy of the updated returns policy). I will not purchase from this brand again and hope they honestly listen to feedback and change. Poor customer service from beginning to end.

    I ordered a bathing suit from here but the top and bottom did not fit so I returned it the next day. I tried it on once and put it right back into the packaging. I sent the return in and once they received it they told me that I would not be able to return one of the items and would have to pay $10 to have it shipped back but I would be refunded the other item. I reached back out on Instagram, through email and haven't received any responses for weeks after I told them my issue. So now they have my money and their bathing suit and won't respond. Criminal.

    I ordered a bikini and the top ended up being too small. I chose to return it and wanted to exchange for a new size. So in the return process it was either store credit ($150) or refund ($130) and I wanted the same top so I chose store credit. However, due to the rush I needed it in I thought a refund would be better because I wasn't able to wait for the store credit to appear to order it again. I contacted them before the return was processed to switch my option of store credit to refund. And they wouldn't let me? The return wasn't even processed or received yet and I couldn't change my option?The customer service is just absolutely awful for this company. Seriously. For the price you pay, for them to not have good customer service is a serious disappointment. Robbery.
