  would give them zero stars if I could. Sea glass birds with beaks and legs mounted upon a driftwood branch were actually plastic chunks glued to cardboard with the legs, beaks and driftwood painted onto the cardboard. When I contacted them for refund, they offered $8 refund on an $80 purchase. They claimed that for full refund, I would have to spend $50-$80 to ship to *****, even though a domestic address in the States was the return address. When I escalated through ******, they upped the offer from $8 to $20, but still insisted a return to *****. Once it hits there, the **** tracking number is gone, so they can claim they didn't get it. They should not be able to do business with the US and ****** should not support this company. (I noticed the same pattern reading reviews below, all identical: Offer you $8 to go away or $20 if you actually complain again, and $50-$80 shipping to return it but make it impossible to get the $80 I spent on this deceitful product)

  This company does false advertisement for their products. I purchased Grishay Luxgem mugs (4) and paid $119 for the product. I was going to send them to friends for a holiday gift but they are so cheap and look nothing like their photos. There is no way I could send these cheap mugs to anyone. Buyers-stay away from this company. They are stealing your money. I wouldnt give them 1 star but that is the lowest rating allowed

  If I could give 0 I would. Sold me a fan that was supposed to cool a room. Paid ***** for a desk fan that ******* sells for *****. They refused to return it claiming the shipping cost was more than the product. NEVER use them

  Misleading product description, difficult if not impossible return policy.Hummingbird feeders gave a great description, but in reality they are just cheaply made of plastic. Absolute rip-off prices. And their order process says returnable within 30 days. However, when I emailed them the required notice, they said I would have to send them to *****, $30 international shipping, plus they suggested insuring the package otherwise they could not guarantee receipt and in good condition. It is not logical for me to return them for a $50 shipping cost for a $100 purchase. Avoid this company!!!!!

  When I placed my order I did not realize it was shipping from *****, it took forever to get here and then when it did the quality was terrible, real garbage. When I contacted them to return they said I would have to send it back to ***** which would cost more then what I paid for it. I just spent $70.00 for product I have to throw away because they do not stand behind their product. They offered to pay me $8.00. I told them I would only except a min of 50% refund and not return, they then offered $15.00 of which I did not except. This is a terrible company taking advantage of US customers.

  I ordered the Orthotic shoes as well and they are cheaply made, just a bunch of junk. The offered me $8.00 as well! I paid $42.99 plus $12.99 shipping!I advised no way. The worst part is when in asked for the return address, it's in *****!!!Shock to me! It's going to cost me about $45 to send them back!!! They need to be put out of business!Had to leave one star to submit!

  Cute sandal but came broke fastener fell off even before I could put them on very flimsy and cheap looking do not buy. Sending back ??

  Do not buy from Dotmalls.com! Like other reviews below, I bought merchandise (2 pairs of cute looking shoes for $91 total). Complete cheap trash. Asked to return the next day, and they offered to pay me $8 instead of me having to pay what they quoted at $50-80 to return. Never again.

  I ordered a TrackPro 2.0 watch that did not meet specifications, did not do what it advertised it would do. I gave it every chance I could. I wrote the supplier and asked to be allowed to return the product in "new" and "perfect" condition. I paid $60 for the product. The product was shipped to me from an address in **********. I still have the packaging it came in. They offered me $8 for a refund....that's all. They said to get a full refund I would have to return to some address in *****, which would cost me over the price of the product to simply ship. I have gone back and forth with them for over a month now, trying to get them to approve me returning the product back exactly where it came from but they will not work with me. This company is a sad disgrace to consumers who try to do things the right way. Buyer BEWARE.

  I purchased 2 pair of Dotmalls Comfy Orthotic Sandals per their ad. They are made of inferior materials. They are too big and my foot would slide around which I thought would make me fall. I emailed Dotmalls and they responded but ask why, which I told them. After the first email no more response from them. I spent $81.98 for nothing. They would give me a credit of $8 because it would cost too much to ship back, etc. Please do not purchase anything from this company.
