    Terrible company from every angle .....stay away I would not even give one star if zero was possible

    This ** lies about sending one the product. They are very hard to get in touch with by telephone or e mail.
    They have a good web site to such you in to buy the product. Once they get your money, you will never get the product. You can send e mails but it does no good. You can call and most of the time it is re**rding saying call back later. If by chance you get somone on the phone it is the same run a around. He (********) will tell **m you oh they have so many orders and the **** just cannot handle the orders. Then he will tell you oh let me see if I can send it overnight. l Puts you on hold and **mes back in a few minutes and says oh I will send it overnight. You still do not get the product. This ** does not do what it says.

    I purchased Brite Beam received headlamp however USB cord is defective will simply fall out of headlamp! I attempted multiple times via email and get a Auto reply message back nothing more, calling is a joke claiming a high volume of calls with a estimated wait time of more than 5 minutes even after calling thru out the day same message. Even though they claim full refund if not satisfied, the refund policy states a different position regarding any refund based on their decision so basically you are left with a product that doesn't live up to its price point of $40 plus very disappointing to deal with people that take your money and have zero regard about resolving issue. Please do not waste your money on this headlamp you are better off going to Big box store better return policy all the way around.
