    I had purchased 230$ from this company on August 26Th. Received the Items on the 28th of September and when I did they were completely destroyed with an oil-like substance. When reaching out to the seller they said there was nothing they could do and I was out of luck, basically it was the post office and not them. After speaking with the post office they let me know that when a business sells items usually for over 50-100$ they insure them at some level so that if this issue happens the consumers are not left completely on the hook. At this point FTP will not help me and are telling me as a loyal customer I am on the hook. I feel like I should have received insurance on some level and the fact that I didn't is a terrible practice and should be noted. I am looking for some form of compensation back for the damaged items that I have received. Thank you.

    They refused to cancel an order literally 5 minutes after I made the purchase on 09/11/2023 for Ftec jacket and pants and to add insult to injury the $286 they charged me for the clothing was for nothing because they sent me an empty package with nothing but a sk sinvgle sticker in it and told me that they're not responsible and they refuse to refund me and I haven't heard from them since even tho I continue trying to contoact them so they robbed me and are ghosting me refusing to even acknowledge they robbed me

    I ordered a************* hoodie on 10/8/22 for ***** Order # XXXXXX. Item was received on 11/9/22. That day I notified FTP via email that they had sent me a blue one instead of the black o had ordered. They sent a return label and on 11/21 I shipped out the incorrect item for exchange.per the tracking number It was delivered to them on 11/23/22 but they claim it was not delivered. They will not return my emails and continue to say they don't have my returned item. At this point I just want my money back. They made a mistake and I returned product to them so now I have no item to gift and I am out ***** My user # with them is XXXXXXXXXXXXX. It was ordered under ************************** but all communication has been with my email ************************
