In April 2023 I went to Auto Master Group in search of a car. I test drove a 2013 BMW X3. While test driving the car a message came up saying "Drive Train Malfunction." I returned back to the dealership and told Kojic Khojastehzad about the message that came up. Two weeks later he called me to tell me the car had been repaired and if I was still interested in maybe buying it. I went back test drove the car. All seemed to be ok so I decided to proceeded with the purchase. Three days later I went to Santa Barbara and on the way back a message came up saying "Engine Oil pressure too low." Suddenly the car locked and it no longer moved. I had to leave the car on the side of the road which the CHP had it towed. The car was taken to a storage facility wherein I had to pay to have it released. I had the tow truck take the car to Auto Master Group and told Mr. Khojastehzad what happened. He then told me to wait 30 days to see if the "insurance" would approve to repair the engine. What insurance. He kept telling me not to worry. After the 30 days had come up he then told me I needed to give him $5,000.00 to repair the engine because it was my responsibilty because the finance company had already paid him. For the past three months I have been paying the finance company $409.00 for a car I don't have. Mr. Khojasehzad said he sent the car to Los Angeles with out my permission and the only way I can get it is if I pay him $5,000.00. He held my car hostage for 30 days saying he was going to repair it when in fact he held on to it making sure the finance company would give him his money and when he got it he changed his mind saying that the repair is now my responibility unless I give him the $5,000.00.
