Very poor customer services! Our office has placed an order about a month ago 05/26/2023 for an EKG cable that has went out on us. We found that it was very hard to find but yet this website stated it had it which was great. We did not mind the wait as it was a special order which was fine, we can do without the EKG for 3 weeks if needed. They provided us the invoice and it showed our billing address and shipped to address. Two weeks go by I check the status CANT EVENT TRACK THE PRODUCT, SO I called customer service no one answers the phone even when several voicemails are left no one will call you back, even with email no response, only way I had someone called me back is when I left a voicemail stating this this site is a fraud. Today I contact this place, the person on the phone sounded like he was eating cereal I heard that clink of the bowl. And was told the order that I put it showed it was delivered on the 19th I asked where because it want here it was delivered in Virginia, we are located in Texas now how that get screwed up beats me. I was told their system is the one that did this it will at time put in a different addresses. So not only we have not received our product they do no verify information, BUT quick to get payment. This site and workers are bogus. If I could give zero star I would. Verbal-ZERO STARS
