08/09/22 I scheduled an appointment for new tires and ceramic tints. I was promised it would be done by the end of the business day. At the end of the day, I was informed that it would be an additional 24 hours. This cost me a day of work and a day of school. They never called me and I had to return the next day to inquire about how long it would take. Again, they told me it would be ready by the end of the day, which was again longer than they promised the 2nd time. THEY DID NOT INSTALL NEW TIRES. They installed gently worn tires and tried to pass them off as brand new. The tires have visible wear and no sign of being remotely new from the manufacturer. I had to argue with the manager for 30 minutes until he finally admitted that they aren't new, and agreed to install ACTUALLY BRAND NEW tires for me, TOMORROW. THEY WENT THROUGH MY PERSONAL COMPARTMENTS. I verified with this manager that the technicians had absolutely no reason to go through my compartments, and leave certain belongings out. THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE VEHICLE AFTER MAKING THEIR MESS. I had just paid for a nice wash and wax before I took it to this shop so that they wouldn't have to work with a dirty vehicle. They brought it out and there was myriad soap scum all over both sides of the vehicle from the tinting process, and they refused to clean it after I pointed it out. After calling various other shops in my area, I have been informed that the average price for ceramic tinting on my vehicle is ~$300. This business charged me $800, and thr manager can't explain to me why I was charged more than double the average price.
