Since at least as early as 2020, I have purchased so-called digital courses from this website. I never actually used the products/courses yet, but continued to build a "digital library" of courses for future use. In September 2022, I decided I was ready to use one of the courses I had purchased. When I attempted to login using the same username and password that I have used since I purchased courses and opened an account with this website, I received an error message stating that my password was incorrect. When I attempted to use the reset password feature and requested a link to my email, the requested link never arrived to my email inbox. After several attempts, I finally located a contact form on the website and sent a request for technical support. After several days of receiving emails from a representative stating that they were working to resolve the issue, the same representative sent me an email stating that they could not locate my account under the username/email address I submitted. I have subsequently read online reviews of Stackskills.com stating that they are a fraudulent company based on other customers experiencing similar issues. I originally bought courses from this website after responding to an advertisement on the New ********* Store website at nypost>com so i thought that I was dealing with a reputable company that was endorsed by the New ********* when I originally purchased the courses. I desire a resolution of access to the courses since 2020 that I purchased under the username/email address of *******************
