    I Have been using Textplus for many years and recently I was notified that in order to continue using TextPlus I need to sign up with ****** or sign up with apple or sign up with Yahoo.I should not be forced to sign up for any of these service that do not protect privacy or for a service I don't want. The question is why does any third party business require to be linked to another 3rd party service in order to use their service, it just adds to more issues of security breach.

    When my Text + VOI calling account stopped working I contacted their customer support. I was eventually informed that my account was suspended for "violating their terms of service." I was invited by their message to follow up if I had concerns. I knew I had done nothing to violate their terms, so I replied to their specified email at least five times over the next week and a half. I never got any response. I had credit loaded on their calling platform that is now lost to me. Their total lack of an response whatsover is problematic...and I need to access my account for may calling records, to use the credit for which I have paid, etc. Please help.

    Hi ,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Textplus, regarding egregious breaches of trust, violation of privacy rights, and potential criminal activity within the organization.On 03/05/2024, my account on the ********************** platform was inexplicably suspended without warning or justification, despite my subscription still being active. My attempts to seek clarification and resolution have been met with silence from Textplus. Furthermore, several critical messages stored within my account were arbitrarily deleted, depriving me of valuable information and disrupting my personal and professional communications.This arbitrary suspension and deletion of messages are indicative of a broader pattern of unethical behavior and disregard for user privacy within **********************. There is mounting evidence to suggest that Textplus *** be engaging in illicit activities, including accepting bribes from criminals and selling user data to third parties without consent.Such actions not only constitute a gross violation of user privacy rights but also undermine the trust and confidence of users in your platform. As a consumer, I am deeply concerned about the implications of Textplus' actions on my privacy and security.Therefore, I urge the relevant authorities to conduct a thorough investigation into Textplus' practices and hold the company accountable for any violations of the law.
