    I purchased three half-zip sweatshirts on or about May 2, 2025 from Shirts In Style. On May 4, the order was confirmed by them in an email to me with a final price of $95.52. I received the order about three weeks after ordering it. The sweatshirts were not at all as depicted in the ad and the band on the sleeve was way too big and loose fitting. The ad showed a "distressed" look to the fabric which I liked. The shirts I received were not at all as shown in the ad. I contacted them by email for a return authorization. It took about three attempts before someone responded....using a different name than the Shirts In Style name used in the ad. The response was from a Premier Trust Store. They gave me some options, such as a 20 per cent discount to keep the shirts or a 50 per cent discount on my next order. They suggested I take their offer and give the shirts to a relative or friend. I told them I wanted a return authorization code and an address for a full refund. The ad said they offered a 30 day return policy. The only option they gave me for a refund was to send the shirts at my own expense to some province in *****....even though they shipped to me from ********. I told them that was unacceptable and wanted a *** return location. They would not do that. I then read some reviews of this company and many people who tried to return things said the same thing....that returns to ***** would cost them almost as much, if not more than what the product cost in the first place. That is their scheme.....to try and get you to keep the product. I want a refund for my shirts that were not what was advertised. I will return them to a *** address with a reasonable price for shipping.

    Overcharged my credit card by over 100 dollars after being told I was being charged 91, I was charged 191. Total scam job. Place should be shut down. I could upload dozens of simliar complaints against the business from yelp etc and happily will unless this is resolved immediately. They have one week.

    I was in Venice beach on vacation. My son thinks Scooby Doo is from ****** and I wanted to get him a souvenir. I walked into Custom Style 1 a tourist shop that does silk screening on shirts. I was told I could get two kids sweatshirts for $40 USD. The sweatshirts had viable dust/dirt on the top shoulders and were *******style quality, but i went for it because the sales people were extremely friendly and keen to help. When I looked at my credit card bill at the airport I was charged $240 Can! Its criminal. I could by them designer sweatshirt for that amount. I would like to be compensated for the 200% markup which was not communicated to me.
