      ***** and her team have bailed me out of a jam twice now!! They are always quick to answer the phone and more than professional. Super fast and super fair. Cant imagine there being anyone better. My family is super appreciative! Cant control emergencies so its nice to know LoanMart is always there for me. And no I was no paid to write this!

      I had a wonderful experience with my Loanmart **** *******. It was detrimental that I get cash as soon as possible! I was in a panic and Im sure it was evident during my conversation with *******. She was always able to calm me down and bring me down from the ceiling! She assured me that the funds would be in my account when she said they would be! The process was seamless and quick. I hope my experience hereafter is just as good!

      They were great, anybody who picked up for the previous person picked up right where they left off. Good communication I had a very stress-free experience. Everything went on the exact timeline that they said it would. I would 100% use them again.

      I was approved for the amount I needed but everything I had a question they had to call me back. it happened 6 times. Needless to say I changed my mind before the loan was final & loanmart knew I was within the time frame of canceling my contract. instead of canceling it, they put the loan thru for funding AFTER I made my request known to 6of there customer service reps. I had to contact a lawyer who is as we speak is taking care of this. After receiving the funds I sent the funds back **************** wanted more money than I had to recind the loan. I've contacted the Federal Trade Commision to report this Company and/or its affiliates to them for investigation. My emails to this Company clearly state I talked to 6 of there people & all they did was pass me to the next service rep. **** is not amusing at all. **** is the next thing behind a scam. To go against what a customer wants & take there request as if it was nothing then make them committed to a car loan that was not finalized is against the law. I plan on getting justice doing the right thing & knowing how this Company is all together a horrible place that lacks honesty & respect for there customers. Period

In addition, when you were allowed to rescind the loan past what is normally allowed, you kept some of the funds and returned less than the original amount given to you. Our records do not reflect that you requested to cancel the loan application at any time.
