    I installed the solar panel and they didnt work and I tried to contact them and they disappeared but I spent money to fix it because they didnt answer me and I still paid the bills monthly when I did have the system working and I need a replacement or my money back. I really need help with this issue I am desperate to get any solution.

    the date of the transaction was 06/30/2020 the amount that I paid was $22,000 dollars The business comitted to provide me a refund when i do my income tax and i never recevied the refund the natural of the disute is because they give me the incorrect infomation ad they laid to me about the cost of the solar panels and about how much thoes will produced No, the business never tried to resolved the problem and know i now that the company was closed

    Purchased Jan ****** .had problems after installation, company had fixed it. My problem is that it is not functioning correctly. Electric bill has risen drastically. Problem with solar pnl .need service.still under warranty. If you know if they do warranties services or any other companies that could help. Thank you ****.

    I am sorry to read the claims from other customers, and now I am joining to this uncomfortable situation. We bought the solar panels from Equisolar about four years ago. Back in June 2024 I called to inquire the panels were not producing, and to see if a tech can help me. When I called I got a message that the number was "not in service". I decided to search and learned to my surprise that Equisolar went bankruptcy. Seriously? What I am going to do with a system that is not working, and still paying for 30 years? This is unfair. I contacted the finance company and explained and filed a complain too. I wish to know if there is an option. What can customers do?

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Equisolar regarding the solar panels I purchased in 2020. At the time of purchase, I was assured that these panels would cover 99% of my household electricity needs. However, this has not been the case. Instead of the promised savings, I am now paying two to three times more for electricity, totaling $11,000 since installation.The failure of the panels to perform as guaranteed has left me feeling misled and frustrated. Despite my efforts to resolve these issues by contacting your company, I have encountered significant difficulties. The provided phone number is out of service, and other contact methods have proven ineffective, leaving me without any means to address these urgent concerns.This lack of communication and support is completely unacceptable. I invested in solar panels with the expectation of reducing my electricity bills and contributing positively to the environment. Instead, I am facing financial strain and disappointment. I insist on immediate action to investigate the malfunctioning panels and rectify the increased electricity costs I am enduring.Furthermore, I demand functional and reliable contact information so that I can discuss these matters directly with a representative from your company. Failure to address these issues promptly will leave me with no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my losses and report this matter to consumer protection authorities.I urge Equisolar to take responsibility for the promises made and to provide a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I expect a response detailing how you plan to rectify this situation and restore my trust in your company.

    We had solar panels placed in 2021 - twice now have been told out panels are not producing any energy as we receive very expensive electric bills. I have tried reaching out to the company VARIOUS times with no returned calls - now it states the business if permanently closed? I have even been told no installer is anywhere in my area to fix the issue - it has to do with the inverter not having signal. I am left with a HUGE loan and nonworking solar panels - on top of everything HIGH electric bills. My next step will be to seek legal action as I can not continue to pay for something that is nonfunction with zero communication.

    Support will not return calls. My system is producing HALF of what is being claimed by the power company. The SOLAREDGE monitors software says I am producing about 800kwh a month but the power company says they are only receiving HALF THAT. This is happened since installation. I have been calling support for months and NO ONE RETURNS CALLS. I need support to call me. I have 2 numbers both go to voice mail. ************ ************

    After purchasing panels in September 2022, a repairman found the box installation was incorrect over a year later (thereby defaulting the entire installation process, because installation implies a correct procurement of the product). Even though the repair was then made, there was no compensation for the mistake, and in actuality, it was a breach of contract that we tried to resolve with them.However, two months after trying to contact them regarding this issue, our solar lender informed us they were out of business. So it happened either later 2023 or early 2024.I am looking to contact shareholders of this company to file a lawsuit. It seems, from many of the complaints on the BBB site, there may be solid grounds for more than just ourselves.Hope this helps anyone, too.

    Company does not return calls. My solar panel shows error messages. I call every day and they do not return my calls. I need them to call me and send a tech to fix the solar.
