    My name is **************************, tenant renting an apartment that Braum Real Estate(Braum construction) manages. We (my wife ,our son and me are living in this apartment building since 2019 paying our rent every month even in the Covid 19 pandemic.It is an old building that needs a lot of regular maintenance which this company was taking care of basic repairs before but eventually they started shaving their budget and getting cheaper and cheaper,first getting rid of the on site manager ,then not spending on maintaining the apartments like issues we starting having like the air conditioning unit not cooling the room and most recently the oven isnt turning on and there is a ***** of gas that gives you headaches every time to try to check if it works.which is concerning and kind of a safety issue.This business has a online portal where you can pay the rent and ask for maintenance requests the ones until a few months ago where taken care of but not anymore.I sent a request for fixing the ac unit about a month ago and they sent some technician that did what he could but he told me that he was going to have to bring us a new one,so we were waiting for over 3 weeks and havent gotten any news about the ** anymore,so I started sending them requests about that issue again because with this hot weather in the ********************************** suffering from asthma sometimes I cant breath very well kn this hot apartment ,these days meanwhile other issues started to be a concern like a lingering horrendous odor coming from the bathroom and kitchen sometimes ,I think because of the rotting old and poorly nanained pipes and drainage and now just yesterday the oven again stopped working and also there is a strong gas smell that makes you sick.so after sending requests for maintenance again ,then around 10 pm I received a call from a male representative that didnt give me his name from ************* to let me know that that Braum .co wasnt going to take care of these issues and so I had to take care of them myself ,which I dont think I should since Im paying my rent for a decent habitable place,then he called me again after 11 pm and I didnt answer because I was already in bed.pllease BBB help me with this issue like you did in the past and I got very happy with the results!Thanks ahgain!
