  I do not recommend this company ************ is not professional they were assigned by my insurance company to repair my Kohler toilets, the technician came in instead of replacing the handle and the flapper with the same Parts he uses cheap parts does not fit my toilet and instead Changing Changing the flubber the 10 yeas old flapper he just clean it. I had to hire a professional plumbing company to come and take care of my Tolet and I have all his unprofessional work on a video.

  Avoid at all costs. **** has a masters degree in lying.I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent service provided by your employee, ****. On 4/1, During the service visit, **** informed me that he did not have a faucet on hand but assured me that he would submit a claim to ORHP (Old Republic Home Protection) for the replacement.ORHP told me no claim is submitted by ***************** mentioned there is no leak after he turned the water off and dried the sink.To my dismay, after **** turned the water back on and left, the leaking from the sink continued. I immediately contacted **** and provided him with photographic evidence of the ongoing leak. The cell phone number provided by ****'s company was used to send the proof of leaking.**** told ORHP that I sent him the video before the visit, uhhh hello dummy, how could that happen I didn't have your number, lying donkey.I am deeply concerned about the misinformation provided by **** and the incorrect proof of damages submitted to ORHP. This not only caused a delay in getting my sink repaired but also reflects poorly on the integrity and professionalism of Nationwide Plumbing. Furthermore, I came across several negative reviews on your Yelp page, which mentioned similar experiences with false information and poor customer service. This reinforces my disappointment and raises serious doubts about the reputation of your company.I have attached the evidence of the ongoing leak for your reference.

  Unethical in my opinion. You are forced to use the service call company that First ******** sends you, which cost $85. In my case, I had a slab leak and when Nation Side Plumbing & Rooter arrived to diagnose the problem, their solution was to tell me the leak is in under the slab but to find the exact point of the leak, they would have to remove the cabinets in the master bath, all 10ft of them along with the quartz countertops and the designer tiled backsplash. Yeah, I do not think so because there is access on the other side of the wall, which is in the garage. His second option "replumb the entire house and be done with it". So, the options are anywhere from **** grand. When asked to open the wall and bypass *** line where the leak is, aka re-piping one single line, they said it was impossible. So, I find an ethical plumber who opens the wall finds the line the single line to re-pipe, and three hours later the slab leak is fixed. I think these guys showed up to collect the $85 service and move on. Either that or they are the dumbest plumbers out there because the three companies I had come after them all said the same thing bypass *** single line after opening up the wall.

  Seems like $800 is a little excessive to replace one drain line from the bathroom sink when the space is all opened up already.
