    I love the product focus factor drink. Effective! Unfortunately the subscription delivery program is woefully incompetent as you can see below these people do not care. my good faith effort is waste of time. Its clear my concerns as a customer mean nothing to ********************** Ms ***** , as seen below. Sincerely ******************* *****.     Very dishonest company. Charged a high shipping fee. Also when I used my browser to fill the shipping address, I accidentally selected an old and invalid address. When I realized that which was within one minute from the order made, I used the Contact ** page to request an order cancellation (they have no return or cancel link, no phone number to call, to online chatting, etc.). The customer service replied very slowly, saying that they cannot cancel orders no matter what. I emailed with them back and forth a few times from there. The customer services simply copied the same message each time as replies to me. I searched online with their name to see if there were other cases like this, and found many complaints about this company. Really doubt they wrote their own reviews on their website, as they are all 5-star on their own website.

    Sent bottle of 37 day supply, which expired in 10.pills caused horrible stomach pain and their customer service just keeps sending back and forth garbage trying to insinuate I did something wrong and their online chat agent can confirm it wont upset a stomach. Stay far away from this product and company. No wonder they have an F rating
