    Date of Service: Apr 07, 2025 I called a locksmith number that I found via ****** search. It said 24/7 Locksmith. I'm not able to find the same company when I search now. When I called that morning, I spoke with a guy who said that they wouldn't be able to give me a quote until they saw the door. I agreed to them coming to give me a quote. When the man showed up, he quote it as $500 + $150 for a service fee. I knew it was high, but agreed. I hadn't received anything in writing, but I agreed to the verbal quote. Then as he was pretending to pick the lock, he said he might not be able to pick it, and if that were the case he'd have to break it. He did not mention costs. I said ok. He took a hammer out and broke the door k*** off. He told me that my door k*** was poor quality (which is odd, because he also said he wasn't able to pick it -- which sounds to me like the sign of a good quality door knob). After he broke the door know, he replaced it with a poor quality door k*** Then he said he also had to fix the frame. I watched him. He didn't fix the frame. He just pretended to tighten the screws, but they were already pretty tight. Then when he wrote up the bill it came to $1925. He already had my license at this point and was in my house. I told him I knew he was scamming me. He said he wasn't and asked how I was going to pay. A no point did I sign a quote or contract for the $1925 before the service was provided. And he never gave me the final costs for all these additional pretend services until after they were complete. He is a scammer. Many people have complained about him on Yelp. He keeps starting new companies. I'm assuming the old ones are shut down. I know one of his companies is listed as suspended by the California Secretary of State. Please do not let him continue to scam people.

    Hi we offered refund from day 1 she disputed via credit card we was sure she will get all the money back and from some reason she was canceled the dispute of the charge she was calling and cursing even that after we We suggested she calm down and give her money back, but she continued to refuse to talk we will still happy to refund 1000$ dollars back we will  refund to her after she will cancel the report and remove the review please. 
    we sorry for the ***onvenience and we will like to get it solved and we will like that the customer will get money back
