    Date of transaction: 3/22 Issue: Initially sent wrong bottles was refunded the wrong amount and charged retail for 6 bottles of *********************. Company states 10% discount code was given. Agent called me and told me discount code is not given due to nature of refund for them sending incorrect bottles. This is false advertising and a scam. $266.64 - 183.93 refunded = $*****. Each bottle is ***** each bottle 6 quantity **** taxes =$*****. Company first said discount code wasn't removed later swiched their tactic when I was called. I wanted the partial refund of discount. I'm being penalized and lied to that the discoutn code of 10% is applied when they clearly took it away. ***** 6 quantity x **** taxes 10% discount code. ***** - ***** including discount code = $8.27 is owed.

    I ordered an item from the company a few weeks ago. I have not received the item, I have not received any notifications about the item, I have not received a response to any of my emails, and the listed phone number does not work.

    I ordered 8 bottles for shipping to ***** on 3/2/23, order #*****, which they later changed to order # ************* . 6 days later I have zero communication, nothing has been shipped, and their phone number is "not accepting calls at this time." I will be following up with a dispute of the $272 charge with my bank immediately. This company is absolutely terrible, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ship the products immediately and provide tracking information.

    I purchased several bottles of ********************* Rye whiskey on 3 different occasions in a 10 day period. They were meant as gifts to co-workers. Every ******************* product comes in an Iconic yellow tube that the bottle is incased in. My first order arrived perfectly with everything in the packaging. The second order arrived in a much smaller box. It only had the 2 bottles without the tubes. The third order also arrived perfectly. I contacted the company and was cited an obscure legal disclaimer about not including original packaging unless specifically requested by the customer. I tried to inform them the Iconic tube is a part or the product but they basically told me to pound salt. I just wanted them to make it right so I could gift them as planned but without the Tubes it's like gifting a product not in the box. Please help if you can. I offered to send them back but the pulled the "all sales are Final" play.

    I completed an order on their website (Lovescotch****) on 9/10/2022 for 6 bottles ************************ I emailed them yesterday (9/19/2022) about the status of my order and received an email that they are currently out of stock of the item. Their website as of yesterday, picture included, did still have the product available at a higher price. I believe they are lying about their stock and just wanted a higher price for the item that I purchased the item for. Their website raised its price three times before they told me the item is out of stock. The price increases came after my order was placed. I have provided screenshots of the stock count and the price increases. They are basically saying that their website is smart enough to raise its price on its own but not update the stock price. I would like them to complete the orders as placed. Emails and pictures are attached. I can provide the original pictures if needed. It does look like they have another complaint about the same thing filled on this website from December.

    The product the customer ordered was out of stock but incorrectly was showing inventory online. We were attempting to get more but it did not arrive. The item was set to out of stock and the customer was informed. We refunded the customer the full cost of the order at their request. The inventory system automatically adds product back into inventory from cancelled orders, so the item again showed inventory that was not available. The item later received a wholesale cost increase, which increased the cost on our website.

    Can someone please look at the emails and pictures I provided? The business is saying they received a price change after my order but they changed the price twice not once. Also why did they not update the stock when they made the price change on the day after I ordered the product? I also never asked for a refund, I asked them to deliver the product as ordered. It was only after I brought up the fact that they updated the price and not the stock, they cancelled my order.
