    My pool developed severe algae about three weeks ago. ***** at RC pools was notified immediately and said that they were having a problem with the technician who worked on my pool and that they would change technicians immediately and would "shock the pool" several times and clean ******** and filter to get rid of the algae. No one ever came to address the problem. I called several times to speak to the owner and was told each time that she would return my call which she never did. For the last five days no one has answered the phone or returned any of my messages and pleas for help and my pool is still green

    Good Morning, 

    We had an incident with an employee walking out. We were in the mist of making changes to accommodate the clients. We have now placed a new technician with **************** and have been in communication with her. Any repairs that needed to be made due to the gap of service have or are being made. At this time her pool is back to normal.
