      August 18th I contacted **** *** ************ concerning my TV that stopped working after months, so within the ******** period. I was assigned Case#XXXXXX. I have been trading emails and verbal ************* with them about replacing my TV...it's now Sept 29, over a month since i started this process. I spoke to a ************** Sept 19th who told me my request for a replacement TV had been expedited, that I would receive an email about this replacement on Sept 23rd. Received no email. I called Sept 26th and was told a supervisor would call me back. No call received. I just want my tv replaced as per the warranty, or better yet just a refund as I'd never buy from this brand again. The ******** process is deplorable and absolutely no one is taking ownership for the TV I bought for them that just stopped working...I want a refund for ****** and be done with it. I've attached the email confirming the order November 19, so within the year *********

      I've told them I want a refund on Oct 29th.
      Was told someone would reach out to me from Visions to arrange the refund. I have not received a refund nor has anyone from Visions contacted me.

      I purchased a Gateway Laptop back in November, I Had some issues with it in January, while still under warranty. I called Gateway to let them know. Gateway advised me to ship the laptop to them so they can try to resolve the issue. Gateway was unable to resolve the issue and as such sent me a new laptop, only to have the replacement have the same issues within a few months. I called Gateway again in July to let them know, I ship it back to them. when I received my laptop back now for the third time, it was functional within two hours. So in less than 1 year, I have had to send this laptop back now this will be the third time, all for the same issue. I bought the laptop for work. So this issue is hindering my productivity. I am trying to get this issue resolved. I spoke with Gateway Customer Service asking if it was possible to upgrade the laptop seeing as this model is clearly having issues. They were supposed to contact me if they were unable to proceed with an upgrade or a different model, but I never heard anything from them. instead, they just send me yet another replacement of the same laptop only for me to power it on and have the issue right off from the start. This is getting ridiculous it's costing me money in terms of work and shipping costs. I am seeking a way to resolve this issue and to make it aware you have some faulty products. Thank you for your time.

      I purchased a JVC tv with a 2 year warranty. Prior to 2 years, the tv has failed and is non-repairable. I have requested a refund and provided all information requested by ESI. My claim number is XXXXXX. I received and email on 7/4 that I should get a response/update within 7-14 days. As of August 10th, I have not received any information. I simply want a refund if my purchase.
