  This company is a scam company so I advise not to purchase from them. I was scammed out of some funds but fortunately not a lot. Refuse to provide a returns address and wont refund my money

  So far what I am reading, this and any other company name attatched to this one has provided services resembling a scam. Getting not the product they ordered or not receiving at all.

  I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. EMAILD THE COMPANY AND THEY SENT A REPLACEMENT. THEY GUARANTEED THEM TO BE HERE BY A CERTAIN DAY AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP BY THE DATE. WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT HERE THEY WERE HORRIBLE LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE, THEY LOOKED LIKE THEY CAME FROM THE DOLLAR STORE. CHEAP PLASTIC. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO SEND THE SHOES TO ASIA AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING WHICH WOULD BE MORE THAN THE SHOES. THEY OFFERED ME A 15% REFUND. THEN SUGGESTED I DONATE THEM TO CHARITY.I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT NO ONE SHOPS HERE!

  I bought a Folding Magnetic Car Phone Holder from Happy Shop. I did receive the package; however, it was missing some of the pieces, the and the company is refusing to send me the missing part that I have requested. This company should not be doing any kind of business.

  Ordered boots and received boots that don't look like the add. They are telling me that difference between the boots ordered and ones received is due to the quantity of the picture. Lighting, angles. The company has a CA return address but telling me i have to return to a China address. They are only offering me 30% of what I paid as a refund. The boots I received are unappealing and I never would have ordered them.

  My complaint is the same as *************** before me. The company's size chart is COMPLETELY off as far as ******** male sizes. I am a 36" waist and in my first order, going by their chart, I ordered one pair of Large stretch pants. I ordered just one pair thinking that if the size was not right I could return for an exchange. Their "large" size was ridiculously small and I could not get the pants over my hips. When I asked to return the pants for an exchange I was told that since the company was in ********* it would be cost prohibitive to send them back and all they could do would be to offer me a 30% discount on a future order. I was not happy but did like the look & feel of the pant so I made an order for two 2x pants thinking that surely the 2x would be large enough. Well, the 2x pants arrived today and yes I can get them over my hips but they are STILL skin tight on the legs and uncomfortably tight in the waist, not like the relaxed loose looking pant in the ******** ad. I am done with this company & will not throw any more good money after bad. Buyer, PLEASE beware. You absolutely cannot trust their sizing chart & if your purchase is too small you won't get much help at all (F.Y.I. I wanted to leave a Zero star rating but the BBB won't let you post a complaint unless you give a star-rating, hence the one star).

  Ordered 3 pairs of ***** ortho shoes online. Received several weeks later from shipping ***** *******************. Shoes were not *** sizes--too big, too wide, no ortho insert, hard plastic slippery sole. Found an 800 number, talked with "representative" who said I would have to send shoes to ASIA and pay shipping cost which would be more than cost of shoes. I would receive maybe a 25% refund. Then, she suggested I donate the shoes to charity. I paid $107.99 for 3 pairs of non-ortho too big/wide shoes. This is a scam online company with false information for their shabby ************* rating is below 00.

  Purchased two pairs of stretch pants, one black one gray in mens extra large. Pants arrives in women's small and I doubt I could get the on a Cabbage Patch Doll. I tried going to the site to complain, but kept getting warnings about unsafe site.
