    I have bought bike supplies at bike closet many times. My order numbers are *******, ******* and *******. Because the price of goods on this website is much cheaper than other websites. But after I used their products, I found some problems with the quality. I asked them to provide the invoice on September 14th. But they said there was no invoice. This has to make me doubt the authenticity of their products. So I asked them to license the brand, and they still couldn't. They didn't reply to me after that. As of today, September 21, I have left a message 3 times, but they have not replied to me. And their website cannot directly request returns. I need to request a return via text message. This makes me even more suspicious that they are selling fakes. At present they have not replied to me, and my problem has not been solved. I would like them to provide an invoice, receipt or authorization letter that they are selling genuine products. Otherwise they have to make me return it and give me my money back. I paid over $1000 in total.
