    ACT Study Software 30 day trial We received the materials June 7th 2023. Billed $249.00 Shipped back June 28th, 2023. 7/10th Refunded $235.00 Noticed monthly charges of $***** starting December on the 4th of each month. Noticed the charges in June 2024. I left messages on the following dates (6/14, 6/17, 6/21, 6/24 and 6/27) requesting call backs to discuss this situation, but nobody will return my call.Received credit card charges from STUDENT SVCS *********** CA on:12/4/23 ***** 1/4/24 ***** 2/4/24 ***** 3/4/24 ***** 4/4/24 ***** 5/4/24 ***** 6/4/24 ***** 6/4/24 ***** 7/4/24 ***** Have called over 8 times to talk to someone, left vm, no returned calls.Thank you,*********************

    This company called me at the end of December 2023 and told me my daughter requested a SAT prep study guide and it was $250.00. I paid the $250.00 by credit card. I told my wife about the transaction and she instantly thought it was a scam. We asked our daughter and she she no she never requested this nor did she ever need this. I then called the company several times. They finally called back a day later and said there was nothing that could be done, but we could return it for a full refund with 30 days. We received the product and returned it within the 30 days and have yet to be refunded. We left SERVERAL messages and placed SERVERAL phone calls and no one will even answer the phone. This is a scam. The website is hosted in *******. My credit card company told me I have to get my refund from the company.

    On the following dates, an organization that shows on my credit card statement as "STUDENT SVCS" made the following unauthorized charges to my credit card:12/22/22: $79.95 01/22/23: $79.95 02/22/23: $79.95 03/22/23: $79.95 07/22/23: $79.95 08/22/23: $79.95 I mistook these charges as charges from my daughter's university, which is why I did not report them for a year. I now know they are from what appears to be a false organization. I've reached out to them through their website and the email address and phone numbers provided, which I also believe to be fraudulent.Web sites: ************************************************************** and ***************************************** address: ************************************ Phone numbers: *****************-591-0221, 877-335-0419 I have not received a response to any of my phone/email inquiries.I reported these transactions as fraudulent through my credit card company and they returned a decision of insufficient information to determine the transactions as fraudulent.I received nothing from this organization in return for the amounts charged on the above dates and I did not authorize these charges.Note: I just changed my last name from "*****" to "*******" and the charges to my card show under "****** *********************".

    WEBSITE SHOWS THE FOLLOWING:All students will receive a 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked. Simply return the materials within 30 days, and you will receive a refund minus shipping costs of $14.95 !**No personal information will be sold to a third party. All products are shipped within three business days via U.S. postal mail Test material was returned certified mail January, 14 2023 (material received 12.26.22) so well within 30 days! Then the outfit started billing me $99/month. I was able to get two months refunded in March 2023 and was advised the $200 refund would take a couple weeks from their ************* At the time of this complaint 11.11.2023 I have yet to receive my $220.87 refund (seeking the full dollar amount vs. refund minus shipping!) after multiple calls, voicemail and an email message dated 11.11.2023. My complaint is on par with the other complaint I read on BBB's site. All I want is my $220.87 refunded so I can delete this organization from my family's life!

    On 22nd of each month, starting in December 2021 and ending in September 2022, Student SVCS charged my credit card $79.95.
    Over the period of 10 months, I was charged a total of $799.50 to Student SVCS.
    Student SVCS promised to provide the SAT/ACT test preparation material. I received 2 CDs in October 2021 as a test preparation material. I could not use these CDs because I don’t have a CD reader. In December 2021, I returned the CD within 30 days of the receipt for the full money refund as per the refund policy and guarantee.
    Meanwhile, instead of cancelling and refund me, Student SVCS started to charge me $79.95 per month starting in December 2021.
    I noticed charges in September 2022. I immediately contacted the Student SVCS by phone requesting a refund in the total amount of $799.50. The representative told me that I should expect the refunds back to my credit card every month. I received one refund on October 3, 2022 in the amount of $79.50
    (Transaction ID:63969879396) and the second refund on November 29, 2022
    (Transaction ID:***********) to my credit card ending: MasterCard ********. Both transaction refund emails from ***** ****** were attached.

    Since then, I have not received any more refunds.
    On April 11, 2023, I followed up with the 2nd email requesting the remaining refund; unfortunately, I have not received any reply or remaining refunds since then.
    I request a refund for services that have not been provided to my son. Moreover, the cost of the program was advertised only at $220.87.
