    We used ******** ******** to file our taxes and when I tell you she is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with, its an under statement. We paid her a substantial amount of money to file our taxes and once we sent her the money, she ghosted us and I have not heard from her. My wife still has not received her state taxes and the amendment from the previous year. Again, we paid a substantial amount of money for a service that she is not providing. I would like for her to return my money or finish the job! This is completely unacceptable.

    On February 21, 2024, we contacted *********************************************** to do our taxes, in the federal taxes she put that we received FUEL CREDIT that we have never received, we are on August 12, 2024, and I still do not receive my return from the federal government, in June we had to make an appointment with the *** in Columbia SC because they could not verify our identity, After that ********************* tells us that she was told that we could claim the fuel credit and that is why she did it, now she says that if we receive the return including the fuel credit that we did not ask for, that she put it alone, we will have to pay a fine of *****. We have tried to contact her, sending her emails, text messages and the lady does not respond, she practically ignores us. We paid her $2,895. On July 3 of this year, she texted me telling me she was going to call, and she never did, so far, she hasn't. We sent her the modified PERSONAL INCOME TAX on July 3, and he still hasn't told us how we can check the status of the refund because if you go to the page, it doesn't give you any information. The lady only communicates when we tell her we want our money back, she does it a couple of times and then disappears. We have been in this dilemma since February 2024.And we are not the only ones, I have friends who the Lady is doing the same thing to them.
