This is the third time that this place has ripped me off. They underpay you, they short you! I went in with a whole trailer full of recyclables at least over three hundred dollars worth. I received half of that. The first time they shorted me almost a hundred dollars. The second time they shorted me almost eighty dollars. And this time they really rip me off. They were disrespectful the women behind the window was rude and obnoxious. She stated she was not going to pay me that little bit of money that they already owed me. Held up the line just to argue with me on how they did not short me, but they did short me. And when you call them out, they're, like, take your stuff back. Then told me how are you gonna prove it!. How will you calculate if you don't know how it works. The woman knew that they are fraud and rob people. Someone needs to close them down. We need our money to pay bills, buy food, and give back to our kids who help us recycle. They will keep getting away with it because nobody is reporting them. They act and speak as if we are stupid because they keep getting away with it. It needs to stop!!! THE WORST PLACE EVERRR! Not even 1 star! Or half a Star!!!!!!

Very dirty place. Workers look like homeless and a lot homeless go there. Hard to tell each other apart. They don’t honor the coupon even if you give the secret word so check your receipts. They assume that you won’t check especially that old dirty Mexican guy. He says everything is trash until the younger comes and tells him no, that is something that a1 takes and that he needs to pay the customer. Parking lot full of potholes. The caster wheels on the bins don’t work well so you are dragging them. Definitely a trip hazard for the elderly. Everything looks dirty and poorly maintained. They dump all metal as tin so you get only Pennies unlike other places. You go there just to get some money but they are one of the lowest paying recycling centers due to their shady scales and workers.
