    I have contacted my Homeowner Association Property Management Company (**** ****) and they have failed to respond. I have asked for maintenance requests which were never replied to. They have changed the payment method to pay HOA dues. I am inquiring who payment is to be made to, since the system has changed. They will not tell me who it is to be made to. If I do not make payment, I will be penalized, which is why I am trying to clarify this earlier. Is it paid to the HOA, Duarte Trails Homeowners Association or is it to Property Management **** **** Property Management. I asked for the exact spelling to put on the check, yet no reply. My number has been blocked.
    I had contacted them about rodents coming onto of my roof from an HOA tree next to my house, no reply or action was taken. There are regular monthly HOA meetings, I ask when they are, once again no reply. They wanted to hold a hearing for alleged damage of HOA property, but they only sent 5-day notice via email. Legally they were supposed to give 10-day notices per Davis Sterling Act. I informed them, it needs to be a 10-day notice. They said the hearing will continue without me and the board of directors will decide what needs to be done. Also they are required to tell me what the charge are, who made the complaint and what evidence they have. I have requested this information, yet no reply.
    There is a lack of response, reply nor do they help with Maintenace issues.

    Mr. *********** complaints are invalid, and not a true
    account of actual events.  As I am **** you are aware, California Community Associations are governed by the Davis Stilring Act, California Civil Code and the Associations governing documents.  Our failure to comply would be a breach of our fiduciary duty to the community as a whole.  Many people buy into a
    planned developments without a true appreciation or understanding of the power
    or function of the Community Association.  All
    to often Homeowners do not appreciate these powers; however, the CC&Rs have
    been recorded against, and govern the Lot, and are enforced, in part, by the
    Board of Directors.  **** **** Property Management works on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Duarte Trails HOA which is a California Corporation.  

    Please also know that your letter dated Tuesday, July 11, 2023 was not received in our office until Tuesday, July 18, 2023 making it impossible to reply in 5 calendar days.
