      Ext-109 ******* ***** First thing this morning, my computer did not turn ON. I contacted SAPPHIRE and spoke with ******* *****. Immediately he knew what I should do. I followed his instructions and in about 1 minute and 20 seconds the computer turn ON!!!He performed some background checks to make sure all is well inside!!Thank you ******* *****!!
