      Bait and switch. I thought I was getting help from Canon to install printer. It turned out it was NOT the place I purchased a protection and tech help plan. The fellow, _____, did help me in a long round about way., but there were problems in sending messages to the new printer. He said the problems were from trojan horses causing incompatibility problems. He wanted to sell me the services to fix it for $150. This is when I asked about where he was from and he directed me to this page to say, the company was endorsed by the Better Business Bureau. I said I need to think on it. After I said good bye AND he got out of controlling my computer, the printer worked just fine. I called the correct place and they said all was fine. AT best it was bait and switch. At worse, perhaps, I do not know, he may have put something in my computer, or got something from it.
