      Today i had technical support from Saphire Soft tech solutions. My computer was unable to communicate with my HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e printer. The complex repairs were not within my experience range. A Super Big Thank You goes to William S**** in helping me resolve and fixing the huge problem. I would recommend William S**** to any home computer owner of his wisdom, knowlege, and highly recommend for a big pay raise too. Thank You, Sincerley *** *******.
