Not charging sales tax to **********. misrepresenting product as shown on their web site. Installation video shows a different blind and not the installation I wanted,. Phone help is awful and tried to make me feel I was in the wrong when they were. Bought 4 Roman ****** and one Zebra shade all have issues on installation hardware.Initial Complaint

I odered blinds from FactoryDirectBlinds.com on May 7. Received one email confirming the order but no other correspondence since then. Tried to contact the company but no reply. Its now June 16 and still nothing. Looks like I got scammed!Initial Complaint

I placed an order with Factory Direct Blinds on May 4, 2024. $224.29 was billed to my **** on the date of the order. I tried to 'track' my delivery at the end of May but the *** tracking was non-functional. I then wrote 3 separate emails and called the phone number on the *** website to inquire about my order and have received no response from ***. The voice mail at the phone number on their website simply refers you to their email. Not one of my emails to *** has received a response. I am inclined to think that this is not a legitimate business or perhaps they are closing their business after taking orders that remained unfilled. If *** is a legitimate company I would like my blinds to be delivered as soon as possible. If it is not a legitimate business or it has not or cannot fulfill my order, I want an immediate refund. on May 10 2024 I ordered 3 blinds (one 23" wide and 2 that were 57" wide) and was billed $318.97. The order number was fdb44195. The account said shipped and provided ***** tracking. One package came ( the 23" wide) the 2 long ones did not. The ***** photo even shows just the small package. My acct on ********************************************* states that order fulfilled. THERE IS NO ANSWER TO EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, OR LIVE CHAT ONLINE. I also placed an order earlier on May 7 for an addiditional $419.96 the online acct has no information. Purchased 8 blinds on 5/6/24. Received email on 5/18/24 stating that my entire order had been shipped. Opened box and found that 5 of the 8 blinds were delivered. 3 Premier Faux Wood Blinds were not in the box ($250.97 of the $510.23 total). I called the company 14 times only to hear a recording then get disconnected. The only way to contact them is by email, and I get no response in spite of multiple emails over weeks of time. My only recourse is to contest the sale through my credit card company. With no way of contacting the business, this amounts to fraud.Initial Complaint

I ordered blinds a month ago and was supposed to have them by now, you cannot get ahold of anyone and all emails go unanswered from the company. Blinds ordered were incorrect style and not usable. The factory indicated size deduct was also not accurate and would not fit, also not usable. Calls to customer service resulted in automatic referral, requesting email. When sending emails, they are unanswered.Initial Complaint

I ordered the blinds online and paid for them with my **** and I have NOT received them. I have tried calling and emailing but nothing. I ordered vertical blinds for 2 windows. The blinds arrived in a timely manner, however they are unusable. The slats are 2 inches too short. They dont even cover the window. They also hang up to 1/4 unevenly across the bottom. The measurements sent the company were perfect. Their phone number is never answered. It simply directs you to email them. I have emailed them numerous times and have received no response. They have a live chat on their website but no representative ever connects to it. I am unable to reach them to discuss how they will correct these issues.
