    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ******** customer service. I ordered 2 boxes of vaccines and they arrived poorly packaged and completely warm. I was home to receive a package. Seller refused to take it back or refund. They hang up the phone and never replied to emails. Now I have hazardous waste on my hands and no way to vaccinate my kittens.

    I ordered three tubes of toothpaste for my dog, when I tried to apply the coupon. It told me it was outdated. I just received the email about the coupon. Tried numerous times to get in touch with somebody over the phone with absolutely no response. I will not be ordering from this company again.

    This company placed an order of $196 without my consent. Over a year ago, I had them ask my vet for permission to order the meds for my dog. They denied it, so I had to order through my vet. A year later, Entirely Pets decided to place that order without my consent and then told my credit card company its a valid charge! Stay away from this company, they are terrible!!! Im stuck laying the almost $200 PLUS INTEREST now because they claimed it was valid! Im behind pissed!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!

    I had a problem with the Bravecto Plus I ordered. One of the tubes appeared to be short filled and did not have all the medication in it. I called EntirelyPets and they referred me to Merck Animal Health. ***** said because Entirely Pets was not an authorized dealer and they could not offer me a replacement. They said if I had purchased this product from my vet or other authorized dealer they could have send me a replacement. Next time I will buy locally

    Completely agree with all the one star reviews. Got sent items six months after they said my order was closed, got charged for them, returned them, still waiting on refund over a month later, keep being promised someone will call me back, and it never happens. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    This place is scamming people left and right and needs to be stopped.. just read the reviews online and on both of their ******** pages!!! I ordered from them and never got it! I emailed several times, no response !
    I finally got someone on the phone who told me I would be refunded!! They did not refund my money and they are doing this to everyone who orders!! Shut this place down somebody!!

    This is a scam. Online order placed on 1/31/23 today is 2/23/23 and order was not delivered. Call a few times, talked to their customer service manager who told me that he will resend my ordered product by the ***************** delivery. Nothing was dome. Requested to cancel my order.Stay away from this fraud company.

    Horrible customer service, been calling many times from a week ago up to this day and saying the same thing that the items is about to ship out and days pass and again and again, no updates. Representative promised that the manager (his name is ****) that he will call me back today to give an updates but after business hours, I didnt hear anything from ****. This is totally scam, this business should be not allowed to treat there customers like this, this is unacceptable.

    I ordered a product on November 11, 2022 that turned out to be out of stock. I found out a couple of days later after calling them about a shipping confirmation. When I found out the item was out of stock, I canceled the order and requested they reimburse me for the charge on my credit card. Two weeks later, the charge is still there. I called their support today, November 25th, asking them why the charge hadn't been removed and the agent said it should've been removed and he needed to follow up with his supervisor and would call me back today. As expected, there was no call and no removal of the charge. The next step is to file a complaint with my credit card company. It's beyond me how this company remains in business with so many bad reviews!

    I purchased heart worm medicine for my dog. It never arrived. They say it was delivered but I never got it. Every other company I've ever dealt with just re-sends (this doesn't happen much though, but occasionally). I called them when I didn't receive it and they told me it was delivered but that they would re-send it. I never got the medicine nor did anyone contact me. When I called again they said they wouldn't re-send or give me my money back. Do you want to risk the same experience?
