Date of the Transaction: 22nd Nov, 2022 Went to the *** store at ************************************ to get only 4 pages of Print. Due to technical issues the Printer needed restart/reset config which ended me paying $20+ for only 4 pages considering the extended session time and few wrong/wasted prints earlier due the technical issues ... $20+ charge for only 4 pages are too much where as I am not responsible for the Technical Issues faced at the store. Did check with the Store Manager and the *** customer care and each one is suggesting to contact the other one. No Resolution received. Attached the payment proof screenshot from Amex card.Customer response
