    This company harasses me with calls several times a day seeking to get my business. They are told EVERY SINGLE TIME they call to remove me from their list. This has been going on for months and I now consider it harassment.

    Hello ******,

     

    Thank you for reaching out. We have done a complete audit of our phone records going back 90 days and we are unable to find any outbound calls to the number that you've provided. Would you happen to have any other numbers that are forwarded to your primary? We do show inbound calls to our phone system on 11/17, 12/14, 12/16 and 12/20. Your number was added to our Do Not Call list on December 14th, but based on your conversations on the 16th and 20th you believe you were still receiving calls from us. We are more than happy to investigate it further if you are able to provide records of the calls that you received to see if we can match them to anything in our records.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I have been contacted by the business after sending an email and have been removed and have not had any additional contact from their automated calling systems since. I consider this complaint resolved.
