Great company! Great service! Treated my animals very well and was always there to help them with any health issues. They treated my animals like family and not a business transaction. Sincere and genuine staff who loves and appreciates animals. I appreciate Wagly for there high level of service, commitment to excellence and there dedication to providing wonderful service to my animals. You have touched my heart deeply for taking very good care of my animals. Thank you for all that you have done to bring a better quality of life to ******, Bexster my two precious cats.

Very bad experience with this place. 1. They wrote up a treatment plan quotation for me, and when my wife brought our dog in for surgery, they upped the price of the quotation from $747 to almost $1000. When I was able to see the two quotations, they were trying to charge for sedatives that weren't used and many items were inflated a good amount compared to the original quotation. I will have to go in now and contest the bill. 2. My dog's abscess was left open and my wife pointed out that he was bleeding profusely. The vet said that it needed to be left open without a bandage. They bandaged the wound and asked her to remove the bandage later. When we removed the bandage, the bleeding was pretty bad. We had to speak with our vet in ********* who is a veterinary surgeon to assist us. He said that he does not understand why they allowed the dog to leave if he was bleeding profusely and that he personally would have stitched the wound. 3. The vet was condescending to my wife and wouldn't listen to important information she had regarding our dog. I do not recommend this place.
