SCAM. They call my phone 2 - 3 times a day. Half a ring and goes right to voicemail, with the same recording every time. I've called the number back and I am immediately hung up on when I ask for their company information like address, email, or corporate phone number. The most recent conversation I had with one of their professional employees ended when he called me a jackass and then disconnected the call.

I'm deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Alleviate Tax (AT) and ********** Resolution (BT). **** (BT) promised to reduce my back taxes for a fee, and ******************************* (BT) claimed they could significantly reduce and possibly eliminate my back taxes but with an additional fee for the process. Unable to afford upfront costs, ****** suggested a loan through Westgate (************) to expedite the process. Without prior notification, my account had been transferred to AT and thats when I started to get frustrated and concerned. With no progress on my back taxes, ****************************************** (AT) filed a Currently Non-Collectible (CNC) form on my behalf, which was denied due to our income level. He then proposed an abatement form, however informed me that the likelihood of an approval is extremely low. Discovering ******'s termination and complaints on BBB alleging deceptive practices heightened my concerns. Consequently, I find myself in a predicament, burdened with payments to both companies and a loan with Alleviate Tax, with no discernible progress. Numerous attempts (via email and phone call) to cancel services and loan have yielded no response from **** and ******. This lack of communication and failure to deliver promised services is unacceptable, leaving me feeling scammed and exploited.

I have been working for more than a year with this business trying to get my taxes done. I have paid $5,500.00 and they are impossible to reach. I have called many times a day for weeks with no response. I have been completely ripped off. Between the lack of bookkeeping that I was promised to not filing all the years we agreed to.i give them 0 stars

*********************** was great, professional and kind. Although I didn't need their services I had a nice phone call with him that ended in laughs and smiles. After thinking this was another scam, I couldn't have been more wrong. Thanks **** for your professionalism and composure through the phone call.
