1 starThese people are a scam.We worked with them for 4 months and then 4 days before payout they sent a Resgnation Letter without any explanation and within 2 weeks we were being sued for breach of contract.All communication ceased and we were left hanging.They want our property without having to pay.They are a scam and everyone needs to know this.If you're currently doing business with this company I feel sorry for you

******, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. In this case however. the title company is the one who sent a resignation letter, not Osborne Homes. We are separate entities and therefore have no control on how the title company proceeds once in escrow if there are any issues. Osborne Homes had every intention of performing under the terms of the contract. 1 starKeeps sending his junk mail to our house. If you email the "info" email, they will not respond. So I found the email of the owner, *************************** and emailed him every day until he responded.He said "you're removed." The junk mail still keep coming. I email him again. Now he says "you're not in our system." I email him a copy of the junk mail they sent me showing him I am definitely in his system.So he pretended to remove me. Literally. Then claimed he removed me. When I kept emailing, he pulled the "you're not in our system" because he doesn't want to take the 30 seconds to remove us from his database. I never understand these shady "companies." Why claim you remmoved us when you clearly didn't and know we'll still get your junk mail and are stil going to complain?Then why claim "you're not in our system" when we are.We went through the same thing with these shysters at my last house - it took a year to get them to finally remove us. I called their office and the guy on the phone starts yelling at me. Why are you yelling at me? All I want is for you to stop harassing us with your junk mail. Any legit company, when asked to be removed from their list, doesn't want to waste postage and paper on someone who does not want it. Not these people. They think if they ******* you with their junk mail you'll give up and use their service.Now think about it. This guy lied to us numerous times. Is this a company you want to trust your most valuable property with? There are tons of reliable and good companies who will sell/buy a house. Not these people. Please be very, very careful when dealing with these liars.Osborne Homes Inc

Thank you for reaching out about your concern on our mailing system. I did review your emails communication with our CEO as well as the address you provided to him that you were concerned about receiving mailers. It does currently show as a "Do Not Contact" account so he did in fact have our ****eting team **** the account associated with the address provided as do not contact. I did not see any communication regarding you not being in the system from our team at all. Please keep in mind, we outsource our mailing lists so to ensure we don't contact you again we have to keep a record that you would not like to be contacted in case your information is sent over from one of our mailing lists again. If you do have another address that you possibly set up as forwarding to your current address, this *** have been the reason you received a mailer as we have our mailers are printed and sent through **** directly. Please reach out to me directly to provide any other address that *** be associated with the address you received the mailer from so we can make sure those are also removed from our list. You should not be receiving any mailers or communication from us moving forward then.
As for the call you had with our company, I reviewed the calls associated with your account and did not see any calls to us within the past 4 years. We absolutely do not condone yelling to any consumers so if you do have the date of that call, please let me know so that can be addressed with our management team.
However, also while reviewing some of your communication with our team, we do not stand for vulgar or disrespectful language to our staff or vice versa.Please reach out directly if you have any further questions or concerns.

1 starOsborne Homes is a SHADY business. The pestering of phone calls and postcards with our own home's picture on the card is WRONG! Community receiving cards, too, as if we do business with Osborne Homes. ******* and ********* posing as trustworthy, are not. They list local phone numbers to where one's home exists, and pose as they are a big office with big business happening, yet can't share their address....it's all shady marketing and must stop!Osborne Homes Inc

Based off of your name and email provided, I don't see that we have ever made contact with you but if you have any communication that was unprofessional, please feel free to send that over so it may be addressed with our team. I have removed your from our marketing list moving forward. We definitely pride ourselves in being as transparent and direct with our customers as possible. We do all work remotely throughout ********** which is why our team members were unable to give you an address to an office directly but I can assure you we have had many customers that have been pleased with our company and the service we provide.
