      I am being pestered by Osborne Homes at ******************************************************************************** urgently buying my home and paying cash for it even if I never contacted the company to buy my house and my home is not listed anywhere for ********* am not interested in selling my house. Osborne Homes actions constitute my civil right violation, harassment & stalking by collecting information from a private sources without written consent. I demand to be remove from their mailing harassment list & any future communication to be ceased & desist before legal civil action for Restraining Order will be taken.

      I do see you provided your phone number but I do not have that in the system. If you would provide your address, I will be able to remove you from our mailing list. We do not practice "stalking" or "harassment" in any way. We use marketing tactics as most companies do to reach out to customers interested in selling their properties off market. We understand that occasionally people we market to do not want to be contacted further and if it is communicated to us, we remove them from our marketing lists moving forward. 

      Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and as soon as an address is provided, I will make sure you are not contacted moving forward.

      I would like to be removed from Osborne Homes mailing list.Osborne Homes pesters me to sell my properties.I've called more than twice& asked to be removed from the mail list. Yet the postcards continue to arrive in my mailbox. Seems pretty simple but it's beginning to feel like harassment. Thank you.

      Thank you for your feedback. It looks as if you are removed from our mailing list and marked as do not contact as associated with your property address. If you have any other addresses that are receiving this notice, please let me know so I may remove them as well.

      I am fed up with the constant unwanted unsolicited junk mail using predatory tactics to acquire homes, especially when I have already sold my home in ********** and no longer reside in that state. Furthermore, the junk mail is addressed to my current address in ********** and has a photo of my previous home on the back of the junk mail! I find this disturbing!I want to be permanently taken off the mailing list immediately!

      Thank you for reaching our regarding your concern. Please see the attached document showing your approval of the estimated closing statement with the net amount you would receive from the buyer. It does also appear you requested for a later close date from the seller which was the changed the prorated tax credit to be slightly lower causing you to receive $92,634.06. We covered all title and escrow fees but we do not cover taxes. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

      I left the property ON the date that was told to me to vacate the property. No extension was granted or given to me.   Thank you BBB

      I can see if we can approve reimbursement for the addition taxes from the extension for the amount of $5.45 as a courtesy. Please let me know what other questions you may have or if that works for you.

      I was Not told to vacate the property by a given date. I informed the man who came to see the property that I didn’t have a place to move to and that I didn’t want to sell after all and wanted to back out, he told me you are not selling a car to which you can back out. There’s No Backouts when selling a house. And they want to reimburse me $5.00 plus, No Thank You

      Sold them my Home in August 2022 . With an agreement for me to stay in the home 30 days after close of escrow, 2 days after close of escrow the A/C unit went out on a 105 degree day . I had the unit repaired that day and requested to split the cost of repair . They refused saying I fixed it on my own accord . It was taking a week just to get answers from the on questions so I felt I could not wait for an OK or them to send some one out

Please review your contract that you have with the buyer for any specifications.

      That’s untrue I spoke with I believe it was ***** in the Fresno office and my request for 1/2 the fee was rejected because you stated it wasn’t you responsible to reimburse me

      This company has continued to use our name and address to send solicitations to buy our house despite three requests (beginning in 2016) to remove our name/address from their mailing lists. (Their address, by the way, has changed three times, making their repeat mailings feel like 'stalking'; moreover, the last request was a postcard with an actual picture of our house on the back, very unsettling indeed.) We want no response from the company, except that they stop sending requests to buy/sell our house.

      I have notated to mark all properties under the name "***********************" as "Do Not Contact" moving forward. Unfortunately, we mainly track out properties by address and not by name since there are many sellers with the same name that are interested in selling their homes. If you have multiple properties, it can get past our "do not contact list" that way. We do receive some of our leads from a third party so we do not have the ability to remove your from those lists being sent out to different investment companies. I would suggest to reach out to ********. the third party company, to have them remove all of your properties from their lead generation lists so you do not have this issue with receiving marketing mailers from other investors.

      *******, I have removed you from Osborne Homes contact and mailing list which we only have one office location for. Unfortunately, I do not have access to remove you from ********** marketing as they are a separate company. You will need to contact them directly to ensure they will not provide your address to any future companies that work with them. Thank you for your feedback.

      I keep receiving postcards from Osborne Homes with a picture of my actual house on the front. They claim to buy houses like mine all the time. I have asked them to stop but I keep receiving calls and postcards. There is no privacy policy on their website, either, for me to opt out. Also - please check out and see if they're actually licensed in the *********** - I don't believe they are.
