    I am writing to share my experience regarding a parking citation handled by Turbo Data. I ultimately paid the fine after my contest was denied, but I believe the citation was the result of confusing and conflicting signage rather than any intentional ************ the time of the citation, my vehicle was parked inside my employers gated parking lot in an EV-charging spot. In this area, there are two different types of posted signs:Blue signs stating Disabled Parking OnlyBlue/Green signs stating Disabled or EV ChargingThe Blue/Green sign clearly reads Disabled or EV Charging, which any reasonable person would interpret to mean that electric vehicles are allowed to park and charge in that spot, regardless of disability placard status. The conflicting signage created genuine confusion, and I believed I was parked legally while my vehicle was actively charging.I have a clean driving and parking record and no history of violations. I contested the citation in good faith, but my explanation was rejected without meaningful consideration of the signage issue. As a result, I paid the fine to close the matter, even though I continue to believe the citation was issued unfairly.I hope Turbo Data and the responsible parking authority will review their signage and processes so that other motorists are not penalized for unclear or contradictory instructions.
