    I ordered an item on the SleepShop.com website. The picture of the item shown on their website was exactly what I wanted, and what I thought I was ordering. The item they sent me was a completely different item. I requested that they either send me the correct item, or send me a refund. I even told them that I would be happy to return the incorrect item to them, if they would provide a prepaid shipping label.This company responded with a request for photos of the incorrect item, which I promptly sent to them. These photos clearly show that the item I received was NOT the item that I ordered.I have attached three photos of the incorrect item they sent me, including their shipping label. I have also attached one photo with the correct item that I was supposed to receive, and which was shown on their website for this specific item.The company's cutomer service response was: "I will be forwarding this right away to our returns and refund team for a review, they will be reaching out to you through this email for any decisions done moving forward for the request."I have waited about one week since this last contact with them, and I have had no response. At this point, I will be satisfied with a complete refund of this item, plus the shipping cost - a total of $23.23.Thank you for your assistance.

    Ordered hair product from SleekShop January 17, 2023. A shipping label with **** was electronically created by SleekShop on January 19, 2023 with delivery expected January 20, 2023. But the product was never delivered to **** for shipping. This is just a ploy by SleekShop to claim it was shipped but never was. SleekShop does not answer any emails or answer phone.SleekShop order #******* Reference #******* **** tracking #********************** **** charged January 17, 2023 in the amount of $23.98

    I ordered products. No one is answering. Email is rejected.Very disappointed with this company for false advertising. Need to get my money back

    Date of transaction: 11/26/2022 Order# ******* Reference # *******.(Package came when I was out of town December 2nd. ) I returned home opened package this morning December 10th.1 . I noticed a yellow substance on the tape on that shampoo. Upon opening it, there was HAIR giving direct evidence of prior use. This is a COVID VIOLATION. 2. Please immediately refund my money. $29.50 plus tax.3. Pic of shampoo with hair on it is attached. ( Compare to sealed conditioner)

    On 10/10/2022 I purchased products from the sleek shop with that would be shipped within 2 business days with standard shipping with an estimated arrival date on 10/18/2022. The products never came. I contacted the sleek shop at the email address listed on Oder confirmation email on 11/1, 11/6, and 11/9, I received an automated email indicated I would received a response within 2 days and never did. To date I have not receivers to product or the refund or a response from sleek ahop
