    I purchased a used electric car on their lot. $37k cash. It is now 4 days and I still have not received official paperwork, or title in the mail. I keep calling and no one returns call or has answers for me. I cannot even charge the car and the batteries are degrading in my garage. They let me take it home as I paid with debit card (which they withdrew) and a check. ******** said that he will ask finance guy why it is taking so long. Still waiting. What the heck? I do know the finance guy was very rude to me because I would not take the extended warranties he offered. He seemed upset and kept breathing hard and we started getting into an argument before all this happened. Once they take your money, you are left in the cold.

    I bought a 2019 Infiniti QX50 used CERTIFIED in Feb 2023 from Auto Nation- Infiniti Tustin.Before buying he car, I wanted to have it inspected, but the salesman made me feel stupid saying "you're buying a certified car, it's been trough inspections and is in great condition, there's no need to take it for inspection" Since it made since, I agreed and bought the car. Ever since, I've been in and out of the service department, constantly having issues and not small issues, TRANSMISSION and BREAKS issues!!!!After going back and forth so many times, and after every repair the car would come out worse than it was, I've asked for them to take the car back and give me a full refund since they've sold me a lemon! They've refused!!!! The manger won't return my calls! Selling a car with these huge issues, advertising it as "certified" is fraud!I'm about to make this a legal issue. SAVE YOURSELVES WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH AND STAY AWAY!
